Christmas present from Uncle Royce, Auntie Debbie, Natalie and Claire arrived today–Max magics up a rabbit immediately!

Max finally earned 50 stars for writing practice and earned his Jabba Rancor Pit Lego set.

The new Christmas tradition: Skype with family!

First Christmas Gift of 2013

We let Max open one present tonight on Christmas Eve. He opened his Om Nom stuffed animal and is now happily drifting off to sleep with it cuddled in his arms.

Santa

We went to see Santa at the Docklands Museum on Friday. Max got to see Santa’s magic key and the book with all the names of all the boys and girls (and whether they were good or not). Santa told Max he got 10 out of 10 this year, so he’s got nothing to worry about, so long as he can keep it up for a few more days.

Seek and find and Tea

Today was tea at Fortnum and Mason. So good! Sadly, we were so busy treating ourselves that we didn’t take any pictures.

Tonight, dinner at home. Max is doing an Om Nom seek and find with Nana.

Last day of term!

Max had a lovely last day of term! He won an art prize for a picture he coloured in.

He was very proud !

And he had a lovely after school lunch with some friends from school: Duncan and Finny and Pia and Jiacamo at Lucky 7 (where you can get a proper hot dog and yummy milkshakes).

Then Selfridges so Nana could get a signed cookbook from Gordon Ramsay. Max liked the toy department.

And he even got to see a crazy little circus show (Giffords Circus). They were very cool.

Decorating the tree

We finally got our Christmas tree and Max decorated it with his Nana…once we finally got it standing. We are definitely getting a new stand next year. Tony finally got this one up with a planting pot.

But it is a pretty tree!

Selfridges

Nana wanted a book signed by Gordon Ramsey, so we wound up at Selfridges after lunch on Friday to get a wristband for the event.

There was a cool circus there, so Max got to see a little show.

And he liked the toy section.
