Peasants

Max borrowed my fountain pen to do his homework with because he’d left his at school. I’ve been having some issues with it (I need to take it by the Mont Blanc store and see if they can sort me out) and somehow he managed to get ink everywhere. So Tony got him a sponge and Max is down on the floor wiping it up.

“I’m not a peasant, you know,” he says when Tony shows him a spot he missed.

Another tooth!

Guess who just lost his other front tooth!

Sailing we will go…

And school is back and Max is off to learn how to sail at the aisle of Wight. He’s very excited. I can’t wait to hear all about it when I pick him up on Friday!

The Science Tea at the Ampersand Hotel

Another school break tradition is afternoon tea. Today we tried out a lovely tea at the Ampersand near the V&A.

We got one classic and one science tea. The science one comes complete with tubes of treats and a dry ice fog. Max loved it.

Definitely a tea we will be doing again!

Tickets!

Max always likes to go to Namco during school breaks and we went for the second time this summer today as he wanted to earn enough tickets for something big.

We had been saving them for awhile and earned a bunch more today.

Mostly he earned them on the racing game but we also played Ski Ball and air hockey and tons of things.

He earned enough for a plasma globe and loves it!
