Live band tonight at our local pub, The Pavilion. Had no idea but Max is overjoyed. Good band too with a nice mix of covers — everything from Johnny Cash to Mumford and Sons to Bruno Mars and Adele.

The bestest and most funnest

Last night we went to Sarastro to see Colin Roy sing. Max said it was the bestest and most funnest thing he has ever done in his entire life. He was the life of the party.

He helped lead the conga line.

We couldn’t keep him off the dance floor and I think he danced with nearly every woman there and they were all in love with him.

He was completely in his element and got his flirt on with lots of attitude.

He was up so late past his bedtime it wasn’t even funny, but I think he’d go every single night if he could.

He even developed a signature move.
